Case Study: Website Concept, Structure, & User Experience Optimization for Proud Moments 2560 1707 Diana Sonis

As the pandemic unfolded across the globe, we started work on an engagement that was a wonderful mix of personal and professional interests.

Partnering with a team of terrific professionals at Sequel and JC Experience Design, we dove into the world of ABA Therapy with Proud Moments. Proud Moments is a healthcare company that provides behavioral therapy services to autistic children and young adults. We are passionate about services like these that help kids live more fulfilling lives. So, it was heartwarming to observe the care with which the folks at Proud Moments approached their work.

Professionally, the engagement was an opportunity to really flex our Information Architecture (IA) and User Experience (UX) muscles. This allowed us to geek out on business, user, and competitive data, pulling out insights that served to inform a Human-centered website concept strategy. Next, we used this concept strategy to focus information architecture, user experience, copywriting, SEO, and development project efforts.

In our case study centered around Website Concept, Structure, & User Experience Optimization, we report back on these activities. If you’re curious to delve into the details of the engagement, follow the link below. And, as always, we’d love to hear your thoughts and questions.

Take me to the Proud Moments case study.
