Our sessions start at $1,500 for a Priority Audit (2 x 90-min virtual sessions) and range up to $9,000 for a full-day Now-Next-Later Deep Dive with multiple stakeholders. All formats include pre-work, a facilitated working session, and a written priority framework delivered within 3 business days.
Most leadership teams leave a Now-Next-Later Session with a decided priority plan in half a day. The full process — intake call, working session, and written output — typically takes one to two weeks from first conversation to delivered framework.
